Mbark EL BALLAL: He is a certified natural landscape tour guide with license number 765, hailing from the nomadic tribe of the Mhamid region, the last oasis in the Draa Valley before the Moroccan desert. Mbark has worked with many tourist agencies in Mhamid, southern Morocco. He is responsible for the agency Caravane Renard Du Désert, which organizes daily tours in the Moroccan desert and hikes in the Valley of Roses and Dades, as well as hiking in the Moroccan High Atlas.

After completing his baccalaureate in Mhamid, Morocco, he studied English literature at the University of Agadir and underwent training as a guide for natural areas at the Center for Training in Mountain Tabant (CFAMM) in 2012. Mbark is a guide with extensive experience in organizing treks in the Moroccan desert, hikes in the Valley of Roses and Dades, and across the top Moroccan Atlas. He specializes in organizing desert bivouacs and logistics for courses (yoga, relaxation therapy, or any other consciousness-related activities) in the desert. Mbark, nicknamed the "Desert Fox," is fluent in French and English, in addition to his native Arabic.

Mohamed EL BALLAL: He is Mbark's brother and the manager of the agency Caravane Renard Du Désert. He is also a certified natural landscape tour guide with license number 988. Mohamed was born in the desert of southern Morocco, in Mhamid, between Morocco and Algeria. Due to the droughts in the 1980s, he decided to settle in Mhamid with his tribe. Before establishing his own firm, he worked with several agencies as a camel handler, cook, and guide in the Moroccan desert. Following these valuable professional experiences in organizing tours in the desert, he decided to create his own agency, Caravane Renard Du Désert. Mohamed is also a certified tour guide, license number 988.
